More Information

  1. The registration period for IDD 0080 Free Package Plan (the “Plan”) is until 14 Dec 2022, applicable to newly registered customers with HGC residential telephone number or any mobile telephone number.
  2. The Plan is subject to the Plan effective period, and is applicable to IDD 0080 / Fax 0082 services from Hong Kong to designated countries. IDD / Fax calls to UK number prefix 4455, 4456, 447 and 449 will be charged UK mobile rate.
  3. If customer terminates HGC Residential Telephone Service or port out the telephone number of HGC Residential Telephone Service to another telecom operator during the Plan’s effective period, the Plan will be terminated on the date where the HGC Residential Telephone Service is terminated. The Plan will be terminated automatically after the end date of the Plan.
  4. The Plan is chargeable in arrears on a monthly basis in accordance with the monthly billing cycle. Usage for the first month and last month will be chargeable on a pro-rata basis if the relevant usage does not reach a whole month. Any remaining unused minutes in a bill cycle month will be forfeited. IDD voice airtime is chargeable on a per minute basis and will be rounded up to the nearest minute.
  5. The Plan cannot be used in conjunction with other IDD 00080 special offer. For details of charges to other regions and after the promotion ends, please call 2180 0080.
  6. The above service provided to you will be subject to HGC Global Communications’ General and Special Terms and Conditions and personal data policies which will be revised by HGC Global Communications from time to time.
