Change of Account Information

You can select and download the form in [Support] by the HGC homepage, click on “Change registered customer form” and fax to 1221 after filling in completely. (Remarks: in the form guide on the form download page, the filling template of the corresponding form is provided as an example)

You can change the electronic bill receiving mode via e-Account themselves, with path as follows: log in e-Account, press [Billing management] on [My bills and service items], select the account number to be updated, choose to accept the billing mode, enter the corresponding Email address/mobile phone number and confirm. (if you have not registered e-Account, please register e-Account, which is simple and quick. Please go to https://e-account.hgcbroadband.com, click "Register now” and then enter the relevant data as directed to complete the registration steps. Existing home broadband customers can log in to this service by your home broadband email name and password.)

You can change their service account contact person, contact number, registered email address or billing address via e-Account, with path as follows: log in e-Account, press [Change service account data] in [My electronic account], select the account number to be updated, then enter the appropriate contact person, contact number, registered email address or billing address and confirm. (if you have not registered e-Account, please register e-Account, which is simple and quick. Please go to https://e-account.hgcbroadband.com, click "Register now” and then enter the relevant data as directed to complete the registration steps. Existing home broadband customers can log in to this service by your home broadband email name and password.)

You can change the e-Account login name and password by themselves, with path as follows:

change the login name: log in to e-Account, press [Change electronic account data] in [My electronic account], press [Change login name], enter [New login name], [Hong Kong ID number / passport number] and [Verification code ] and confirm.

change password: log in to e-Account, press [Change electronic account data] in [My e-Account], then enter [Password used], [New password], [Re-enter new password] and confirm.
